After vulcanization, the silicone tube is cut to the required length as specified by the customer and undergoes end shaping to ensure smooth and burr-free cuts.

7. Quality Inspection

The final product undergoes strict quality inspection, including dimensional measurement, pressure resistance testing, tensile strength testing, and high-temperature resistance testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards.

8. Packaging and Shipment

Qualified silicone braided tubes are cleaned, organized, and packaged according to specifications to prevent damage during transportation before being delivered to customers.
